1. About Inspiration Africa
Inspiration Africa is a safari booking platform operated by Timeless International Co. Ltd., registered in Arusha, Tanzania. We connect travellers with verified, independent tour operators across East Africa. We act as an intermediary — the safari experience itself is provided by the tour operator listed on each booking.
2. Booking Process
- Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee availability. The tour operator will confirm within 24 hours.
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
- A confirmed booking requires payment via our secure payment partner, PesaPal. Payment terms and deposit requirements vary by operator and tour.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
- Some operators may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Operator Responsibility
Tour operators listed on Inspiration Africa are independent businesses. While we verify operator credentials, licences, and safety standards, the operator is solely responsible for the delivery of the safari experience, including accommodation, guides, vehicles, and safety.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings before travelling to East Africa.
6. Limitation of Liability
Inspiration Africa acts as a booking intermediary. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from the safari experience itself. Our liability is limited to the platform booking fee.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Arusha, Tanzania.
